Acceptance of Terms

By using Quickly, you confirm that you:

• Are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian.
• Have the authority to use Quickly within your Google account or organization.
• Agree to comply with these Terms of Service and all applicable laws.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must uninstall and discontinue use of Quickly immediately.

Service Description

Quickly enables you to send personalized WhatsApp messages directly from Google Sheets by:

• Reading spreadsheet data to prepare personalized messages from your headers and rows
• Supporting placeholder-based message templates such as {{Name}} and {{City}}
• Processing and delivering messages securely through your own WhatsApp account
• Tracking the status of queued, in-progress, or sent messages directly in your sheet

We may update features, design, or functionality at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated product.

User Responsibilities

You agree that you will:

• Use Quickly only for lawful purposes and in compliance with WhatsApp's Terms of Service.
• Not use Quickly to send spam, abusive, fraudulent, or unsolicited bulk messages.
• Be solely responsible for the content of messages you send through Quickly.
• Maintain and safeguard your API key and not share it with unauthorized users.
• Obtain proper consent from recipients before sending them messages where required by law.

Data Handling

• Quickly does not permanently store your Google Sheets content.
• Your API key and preferences are stored securely in your Google account's Apps Script properties.
• Message data such as phone numbers and text is transmitted securely and processed solely for the purpose of delivery.
• All data in transit is protected using industry-standard HTTPS encryption.

Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in Quickly — including the Google Sheets add-on, Chrome extension, branding, and design — remain the exclusive property of ValuraTech.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sublicense, sell, or reverse-engineer any part of Quickly without prior written consent from ValuraTech.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Quickly is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the service
• That Quickly will meet your specific requirements or expectations
• That messages will be delivered within any specific timeframe
• Compatibility with all versions of WhatsApp Web or Google Sheets

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• ValuraTech is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Quickly.
• You are responsible for ensuring compliance with WhatsApp's terms of service and any applicable regulations when using Quickly.
• Our total liability in any matter arising from or related to Quickly shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Quickly at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms of Service, engaged in abusive behavior, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

You may stop using Quickly at any time by uninstalling the Google Sheets add-on and the Chrome extension.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made.

Continued use of Quickly after changes are posted indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms of Service. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
